The Healthcare Contract Group provides prompt evaluations and detailed comment letters within 7 business days.  In addition, our firm is pleased to offer a follow-up consultation, inclusive in the flat rate, as well as to provide any further related legal services requested by our clients.

Process:

• Contracts may be submitted via email, fax, or standard mail.
• Upon receipt of a signed letter of engagement, the contract will be reviewed by our legal staff, which may include necessary consultations with our network of esteemed healthcare professionals.
• Within 7 business days, the client will receive an in-depth analysis of the terms and conditions of the contract, as well as suggested issues for negotiation.
• If the client so desires, attorneys at the Healthcare Contract Group are available for a follow-up consultation regarding any questions the client may have concerning the detailed comment letter.
• Should the clients require further legal counsel, our attorneys are pleased to offer additional legal assistance at an agreed upon hourly fee.
